Pole Dancing Courses
POLE DANCING LEVEL 1
Pole Dancing as well as being an erotic art form is becoming accepted as a great way to stay fit. Pole Dancing will help improve your co-ordination, your body awareness and your overall fitness levels. You will improve your body confidence and hopefully complete the course feeling sexier and so much stronger. Please, please dont worry about your size, age, height and weight - forget all your fears there are no restrictions. We encourage you to love your curves and maximise your assets! Come with an open mind and expect to have a giggle as well as to learn a great skill.
Your Pole Dancing Level 1 course runs for 6 weeks and your weekly session starts with a superb dance warmup that is designed to build your aerobic fitness, coordination and laughter levels! This is followed by a pole floorwork routine incorporating moves that you will use on and around the pole, which also help you gain the flexibility and strength needed for the pole. Every week one hour is dedicated to developing your pole dancing skills. A variety of spins, poses, climbs, simple routines are introduced and by week 6 I may even have you climbing and inverting. Pole dancing incorporates an element of slinky and sensual dance and on week 6 you have the option of incorporating a luscious lap dance/ sexy striptease/ bold burlesque chair dance to help you enhance your pole skills.
POLE IMPROVERS LEVEL 2
Having completed level 1 and acquired the various bruises and experienced pain levels on par with giving birth! - you will definately want to carry on learning and enrol on Level 2. This course includes a pilates/pole based warmup/floorwork developed to increase your strength and flexibility further. New spins are introduced. Skills needed to climb the pole and inverting are covered in detail making you more comfortable and confident using the pole.
POLE IMPROVERS LEVEL 3
Again starting with a thorough pilates/pole warmup and floorwork session designed for you to get the best out of your body on and around the pole. Confidence increases and your strength is gradually building. Even more new spins, climbs and inverts are introduced and you now have the added challenge of linking moves together and therefore increasing your flow. Many girls decide to repeat Level 2 & 3 again so they can continue to improve their strength and skills before entering Level 4.
POLE IMPROVERS LEVEL 4
It goes without saying your body is warmed up with a thorough pilates/pole warmup. More complex moves are taught. Linking moves is paramount, as is introducing more complex aerial work. Basic moves are refreshed and new moves are introduced in great detail.
POLE FLOW LEVELS 3+
So now you have mastered the basics or maybe you are at a intermediate/ advanced level but want to put these gorgeous moves together into a routine. Well this is the course for you. Each week we will work through a graceful and fluid routine helping you to fuse those spins, jumps, climbs and inverts so you can flow baby flow into the most luscious of routines.
You must have completed Pole Dancing Level 1 & 2 to attend.
PRIVATE POLE DANCING LESSONS
All the above levels are catered for on a private basis. These sessions are normally held in the goddess studio.
