Dreams Come True is a charity that makes the dreams of terminally or seriously ill children become a reality. The only limit to the dream is the child’s imagination.

June 2008 - Ever up for a challenge, Cardiostriptease teacher, Emma, will undertake a firewalk on Friday June 20th in aid of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. Walking barefoot across 20 feet of burning coals isn't everyone's idea of a Friday night out, but Emma is determined to 'feel the fear and do it anyway'. Hearing Dogs for Deaf People train rescue dogs to hear for their owners and there's currently a two year waiting list for these amazing creatures. 15th October 2007 - Malcolm Kenneth Cole, my step dad of over 22 years sadly passed away today losing his battle against cancer. He was a truly wonderful man.

Maidstones Kent Messenger run 'Join Jo and go up the pole'
'Poledancing is becoming so popular in Maidstone that a businesswoman
is starting classes next month. Jo Roper will be teaching dozens
of women how to twist their way around a pole starting from Monday,
September 13, at the Basement nightclub, Pudding Lane.
The classes quickly became fully booked and Miss Roper commented: 'Everyone loses their inhibitions by the end of one of my classes. It
is really good for your body strength, toning your stomach muscles,
and strengthening your legs. It has become really popular and people
see it as much less of a taboo now.'
