November 2010 - Undoubtedly this is going to be the event of the year..... Goddess Star Monroe presents "Glamour" an evening of delectable and decadent entertainment. To be held at the Hazlitt Theatre, Maidstone.

August 2010 - Star is competing again the Kent Klassic in the Bodyfitness catergory. She aims to qualify for the British finals again in October. Star would be honored for you to come and cheer her on!

June 18th 2010 - The excitement is mounting..... the next phenomenally successful Pink Party is coming, this time the theme is James Bond! Acts includes Narcissus, Sharna Rose, Miss Brodie, Ajay and many many more..... expect an evening of pure delight!

April 2010 - Star and Sarah are excited to be training with the fabulous Miss Suzie Q. Suzie Q is a world-renowned pole dancer, burlesque and aerial artist and is based in Australia.

February 2010 - The talented Rebecca Leone is touching down in the UK. One of the most well respected a talented Master Pilates instructors in the world. Star is over the moon to train with Rebecca again.

December 09 - Whilst in Vegas, Star had the honour of working with the talented Wayne Wallace at a photo shoot in the Neon Museum, and met up with Rebecca Leone, here are a few shots.....

October 09 - Star competed at the prestigious UKBFF finals in Nottingham.  After 10 months training and dieting she achieved an amazing 11th out of 18 top notch amazing women!!! She is one proud woman and has decided she enjoyed the journey so much that she is going to compete again next year!!!

August 2009 - Star entered her first Bodyfitness competition with the UKBFF and won!!! A year of dedication, passion and commitment paid off. She has now qualified for the British finals in October.

August 2009 - Star and Emma are excited at the unique opportunity to train with the World Champion 2009 Title Holder, Felix, flown in from Las Vegas. Felix is currently residing in Las Vegas where she is performing with Cirque du Soleil's Zumanity show.

July 2009 - Star has been asked back to teach and perform at the highly successful Kent Salsa Festival. Now in its 4th year and established in the heart of the garden of England as one of the biggest International Salsa dance events in the County.

June 2009 - The Pink Party Returns was an AWESOME success. Performers you ROCKED, audience you were FABULOUS. The event raised over £500 for my super friend Jo Russell - helping her live her life with terminal cancer. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

February 2009 - Cardiostriptease cannot believe this........ We have been asked to perform in the shop window of Girl Flower, Union Street in Maidstone. Miss Glory Pearl and Miss Star Monroe will be performing sexy Valentines themed burlesque routines on 11, 12 and 13th February between 1pm and 2pm. If you are in Maidstone any of those days come down and show your support!!!

7th February 2009 - Valentine Tease Workshop. June 2008 - Ever up for a challenge, Cardiostriptease teacher, Emma, will undertake a firewalk on Friday June 20th in aid of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. Walking barefoot across 20 feet of burning coals isn't everyone's idea of a Friday night out, but Emma is determined to 'feel the fear and do it anyway'. Hearing Dogs for Deaf People train rescue dogs to hear for their owners and there's currently a two year waiting list for these amazing creatures. 15th October 2007 - Malcolm Kenneth Cole, my step dad of over 22 years sadly passed away today losing his battle against cancer. He was a truly wonderful man. November 2006 - Jo spent the day filming her sizzling burlesque routine for Channel 5's Trisha Goddard Show. Amongst the guests watching Jo was Brendan Cole and Richard Blackwood. Show will air in 4 - 5 weeks!!

November 2006 - Jo presented her stunning burlesque routine in london at the launch party for the UK Pole Dancing Federation. After some technical hitches (long story!) - Jo performed her stunning burlesque routine to a packed house and literally blew the crowd away!!!!

August 2006 - Emma (one of my wonderful and talented teachers) attended the Miss Pole Dance UK competition in Newquay in her great capacity as a writer. She had a absolute ball and watched in awe all the beautiful participants.

Well done to Tracey Simmonds coming 1st. Watch this space as Emma is currently researching and writing her own opulent Pole Dancing Book which will be a celebration of pole dancing that showcases the beauty, elegance and glamour of this fabulous art.

March 2006 - Miss Pole Princess Amateur Pole Dancing Competition in Hertfordshire. Taryn and Olivia from the Pole Improvers class entered and out of 26 girls Taryn came 9th and Olivia came 14th. I am so so so proud of them both!!! They did Cardiostriptease proud!!

Her students Melissa and Claire entered into the Pole Dancing Competition and came 1st and 2nd respectively. Well done girls!!!!
