Five years ago I had an idea...

...it was a good idea too!

I wanted to create something for women and women only, something that they would enjoy, something that would challenge them, something that would increase their self esteem, body confidence but most importantly something that would make them admire and cherish their own bodies for the beautiful sexy thing it is.

That something was Cardiostriptease - an alternative way to exercise and move using the pole and exotic dancing.

I started the company with one beginners level pole dancing course and five years on I am proud to offer all you fabulous women pole classes from beginners to advanced, burlesque workshops, striptease classes and aerial circus arts instruction with Cardiostriptease mistresses teaching in Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury.
