Pole Level 3

Oooh now you are moving up from the basics into the world of intermediate pole moves. This course will give you strength and flow. Watch out – you may never look back, (get ready, some advanced work is coming your way too). My mega Pilates warm up and cool down is included – of course. To take this course you need to have mastered the following; basic invert, basic climb and all my weird and wonderful spins.

Many girls decide to repeat Level 2 & 3 again so they can continue to improve their strength and skills before entering Level 4.
