Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Cardiostriptease Ltd. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of Content

Cardiostriptease Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.

Damage to your Computer

Cardiostriptease Ltd makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Cardiostriptease Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods/services you have ordered are not available.

Ordering Errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" on the final page of our ordering process.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details.

Refusal

Cardiostriptease Ltd retains the right to refuse orders for courses due to any undue medical reasons.

Cancellation & Refunds for sessions/courses (For Kitten-poles AND X-POLES SEE BELOW)

If you would like to cancel your sessions/course please give us one weeks notice from the course start date so a refund can be authorised. Cancellations under one week will be liable to full course fees. Any refunds authorised will be subject to administration charges.

Please note courses booked are non-transferable.

Cancellation Rights

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Cardiostriptease Ltd, for a full refund.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may be able to do so if you have not yet received an email to say that your order has been despatched. Please call our Customer Services department on 01622 763965 between 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with your customer order number.

Order cancellations must be made by email, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to returns@cardiostriptease.co.uk or by post to the address below. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The refund will not include shipping or your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Cardiostriptease Ltd will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size if preferred.

Faulty or wrong item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail returns@cardiostriptease.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Links to Other Websites

We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Cardiostriptease Ltd cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

Waiver

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you hereby waiver, release and discourage all claims that you may have against Cardiostriptease Ltd and Pizza Express for injuries of any manner from my participation in the Cardiostriptease courses.

The company Cardiostriptease offers its training facilities and expertise strictly on the basis that those using such facilities do not undertake the provision of similar services in Maidstone for a period of at least 6 months from the completion of any training course.

Changes to Legal Notices

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
