15th October 2007 - Malcolm Kenneth Cole, my step dad of over 22 years sadly passed away today losing his battle against cancer. He was a truly wonderful man. The brightest star is yours Malcolm xxx

July 2007 - Jo and Emma are off to Vegas for more training in pole and aerial arts.

July 2007 - Jo and Emma were photographed for the Charity Pole Dancing Calendar organised by Kat, with all proceeds going to Cancer Research.

July 2007 - Cardiostriptease is pleased to announce professional development courses in Burlesque, exotic dancing and striptease. These courses are aimed at Pole and Dance Teachers who would like to add these beautiful skills to their existing teaching schedule.

June 2007 - Jo had the pleasure of training Sarah and EmmaJo in the skills of Pole Dancing which they will be showcasing in their show - Disco Inferno. The show is running at the Hazlitt Theatre, Maidstone 21 to 23 June.

May 2007 - Jo's stunning private studio at Boxley Road has now completed its renovations. Jo and Emma are excited to offer private tuition in aerial tissu, static trapeze and aerial ring.

April 2007 - Jo had the pleasure of teaching Cara and Lyn, the owners of www.polefitnessnewry.com the Art of Burlesque. It was great fun meeting you girls and good luck with the Burlesque classes.

April 2007 - Jo and Emma will be attending an intensive circus training school, learning trapeze, aerial skills, tightwire, Chinese pole and acrobatics.

March 2007 - Goddesses to Go provide the entertainment for the prestigious Round Table Event held in Kent.

March 2007 - Jo, Emma & Hege attend Divine Burlesque - an evening of pure Burlesque fun at Pacha in London.

February 2007 - Jo and Clare rocked Jenny's 50th birthday party with their stunning pole dance routines.

Spring 2007 - Jo and Emma are excited to offer basic training in circus skills - the skills will include: tissu work, static trapeze and the ring.

December 2006 - Vegas - here we come (again!!!)

Jo and Emma are off to the fabulous party town of Vegas, where they will be shopping, checking out the awesome nightlife oh, and not forgetting training with the beautiful Goddesses Naomi and Jada Fire from www.studioopen.com - learning more pole!, the silks, static trapeze work and belly dancing!!!!!

November 2006 - Jo spent the day filming her sizzling burlesque routine for Channel 5's Trisha Goddard Show. Amongst the guests watching Jo was Brendan Cole and Richard Blackwood. Show will air in 4 - 5 weeks!!

November 2006 - Jo presented her stunning burlesque routine in london at the launch party for the UK Pole Dancing Federation. After some technical hitches (long story!) - Jo performed her stunning burlesque routine to a packed house and literally blew the crowd away!!!!

November 2006 - Jo visiting Paris to work with some of the top Parisian showgirls. Can Can anyone?

November 2006 - Emma and Jo had a wild night at Immodesty Blaize's Tease Show and were blown away by meeting the one and only Dirty Martini and Miss Exotic World 2006 Julie Atlas Muz.

October 2006 - Cardiostriptease launches Goddesses to Go Entertainment Agency. Our gorgeous girls offer their pole dance, lap dance, table dance and burlesque expertise for corporate, PR, private or media events.

October 2006 - Jo, Emma and Jane are to learn from the World's Most Skilled Pole Dancer PANTERA, when she arrives in the UK this month. We are all excited and honoured to learn from this great lady.

September 2006 - Jo and Emma had a great time teaching Alissa's 18th Birthday Pole Party.

August 2006 - Emma (one of my wonderful and talented teachers) attended the Miss Pole Dance UK competition in Newquay in her great capacity as a writer. She had a absolute ball and watched in awe all the beautiful participants.

Well done to Tracey Simmonds coming 1st. Watch this space as Emma is currently researching and writing her own opulent Pole Dancing Book which will be a celebration of pole dancing that showcases the beauty, elegance and glamour of this fabulous art.

March 2006 - Miss Pole Princess Amateur Pole Dancing Competition in Hertfordshire. Taryn and Olivia from the Pole Improvers class entered and out of 26 girls Taryn came 9th and Olivia came 14th. I am so so so proud of them both!!! They did Cardiostriptease proud!!

May 2005 - Jo took a group of her students to a Pole Dancing Event at the popular and exclusive nightclub The 10 Room in London.

Her students Melissa and Claire entered into the Pole Dancing Competition and came 1st and 2nd respectively. Well done girls!!!!
