The Cardiostriptease courses are the culmination of my sixteen years in the fitness industry. In my work as a personal trainer, lifestyle coach, massage therapist and nutritional advisor, and from studying for my Masters Degree in Exercise Behaviour at City University, I developed the courses to offer women an alternative way to exercise and feel great about themselves.

I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs), the largest qualification-based professional body within the fitness industry and registration means your exercise professional has the approved qualifications endorsed by Government. Dedicated to the health and interests of people who use the services of exercise and fitness instructors and teachers, REPs is constantly working with Government and industry to ensure its members meet and exceed current skills expectations. My registered membership R0031775 - is as a Level 3 - Advanced Instructor devising and delivering progressive programmes to meet individual or group fitness needs.

For the past 8 years I have run my own Pilates studio, teaching both classes and on a one-to-one basis. For details of these, please see my website at www.pilatesstudiokent.co.uk. Pilates is a great complement to pole dancing and the exotic arts as it builds core strength, flexibility and muscle tone.
