Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Are the instructors qualified and insured?
Yes, have no doubt about this, all the instructors are fully qualified
in the fitness and dance industry and we carry full liability insurance.
Joanne Roper, herself has over 16 years experience in the fitness industry.
So be rest assured - you are in safe and reliable hands.
2. Can anyone attend cardiostriptease courses?
Yes women of all ages, size and shapes attend our courses
and all have a fantastic time. Remember everyone is in the same boat at
the beginning. We watch girls shyly come through the door on week one
then by week six they are strutting their stuff – they have unleashed
their hidden goddess!!!
3. What should I wear to the sessions?
The more skin available on your legs and arms the better
to grip the pole. So we recommend shorts and a vest top. Hi heels help
you to feel sexier around the pole and Jo from www.justdivas.co.uk
sells the best shoes but if you prefer please wear trainers or pumps.
Please no body lotions or creams. For the cardiostriptease you will need
trainers and normal workout gear. Lap dancing a skirt/dress and high heels
would be good but not mandatory.
4. Will I be exposing my body at any point in time?
Throughout the cardiostriptease, lap dancing and pole dancing clothes
will stay on. On week six we encourage the girls to dress up and an option
is to perform a striptease routine together – but you do not have
to take off anything you don’t want to.
5. What is difference between the level 1, 2, 3 and 4 courses.
Basically you start at level 1 and progress your way
up to level 4. Level 2 courses are intermediate level and incorporate
routines, combinations and dance routines. If you would like to progress
further ie more athletic, advanced moves I recommend the Level 4 course or one to one sessions
with myself.
6. How many people are on each course?
We try to limit the numbers between 14 -21 girls per course.
There are seven poles – so that equals about 3 girls per pole which
gives each of you loads of time to practise you moves and spins whilst
cheering on your fellow polers and having a breather!
7. Do I have to be super fit to join?
We get all levels of fitness in our classes. Many women are overjoyed
to at last have found a form of exercise that they actually enjoy. Pole
dancing is a strenuous exercise but the cardiostriptease will warm you
up for the pole dancing. Expect a few bruises and aching muscles. Arnica
is good to help the bruising go down.
You will gradually build up your fitness levels over
the 6 week courses so you will be feeling fitter, sexier and more energised
at the end no matter how fit you were at the start!
8. Where do you teach the courses and one to ones, can you come
to me???
Please click here on venues
to see where we teach. Yes we can come to you click on goddess
packages to find out more.
9. I have booked a course/one to one but I need to cancel?
We need one weeks notice of cancellation for a refund
to be authorized. The refund will be minus an administration fee of 20%.
Please be aware of our terms and conditions.
10. I have never pole danced before and I am too shy to join
a group – what do I do?
We suggest that you book a one to one which are held
in the exquisite Goddess Studio. Click
